Tom Cuthbert

Tom Cuthbert is a versatile Business & Transformation Leader with 19 years of experience in program and project delivery within the Energy sector. Currently serving as the Group Director of Organisational Efficiency at Allied Universal, Tom leads significant global transformation initiatives, including a large Shared Services implementation. Previously, Tom held positions at Worley, including Location Director for UAE, Iraq, and North Africa, where they managed over 550 personnel and ensured P&L accountability. Tom also served as Project Director on several high-profile projects, achieving notable cost efficiencies and delivering tangible business outcomes for clients such as BP, Shell, and ADNOC. Tom holds a 1st Class Honours degree in Mechanical Engineering from Loughborough University.
