Allies in Colour will be Australia’s largest and most influential community for people of colour by people of colour to champion our unique causes and socio-economic upliftment in business and politics.
We do this by lobbying organisations/institutions that lack multi-cultural representation to hire multicultural candidates as employees, board members or increase its multi-cultural membership base by assisting with outreach efforts. We also invest in people of colour to get them ready for positions of influence in business and government via our training and mentorship program.
