Danielle Smith

Danielle Smith is the current General Manager People, Culture and Safety at Allight, where Danielle is responsible for human resources and WHSE. With experience in various industries such as ITT Inc. and BHP Billiton, Danielle has a strong background in human resources and strategic management. Danielle has also worked as a Regional Human Resources Manager at Aboriginal Legal Service of Western Australia, providing HR and health and safety advice to multiple sites. Danielle holds a Graduate Certificate of Human Rights from Curtin University, a Graduate Certificate of Business from Curtin University, and a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resources from Edith Cowan University.
