Joe Simma

Joe Simma is a seasoned architect with extensive experience in public and corporate projects, particularly those exceeding 100,000 square feet and involving multiple phases. Currently serving as Principal at Alliiance since July 2005, Joe has a comprehensive understanding of the architectural process, focusing on envelope design and detailing, as well as the coordination of consultant teams and partner architects. Previous roles include English Language Teacher at CAPE San Miguel in Ecuador, Design and Production at Artec Consultants, and Intern Architect at Architectural Alliance. Joe holds a Master of Architecture degree from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude with Honors, from Macalester College.
