Eric Piazza serves as the Directeur des Opérations at ALLIMAND since October 2025, bringing extensive experience from Alfa Laval where notable roles included Technical Department Manager and Production Manager. At Alfa Laval, Eric spearheaded the creation and reorganization of technical and maintenance departments, managed significant CAPEX projects, and implemented operational monitoring tools using Power BI. Eric also played a critical role in production management, leading efficiency improvements through Lean Six Sigma methodologies, and achieving substantial productivity gains. Previous experience at AkzoNobel involved continuous improvement and scheduling management, where Eric successfully enhanced service levels and reduced lead times. Eric holds a Master’s degree in Generalist Engineering with an industry focus from Arts et Métiers - École Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers.
