Nicki and Dan lead a team of professionals who deliver high-quality assessments, training and consultancy in the field of social work and education. Alongside the assessments we offer via our team of Independent Social Workers, we deliver training (for social workers, local authority teams, residential units, nurseries, and other professionals) and professional mentoring.
Our mission is to put children and families at the heart of our dedication to secure positive outcomes, whilst ensuring that those who engage our services are provided with high-quality support at costs which are realistic and accessible.
We have award-winning educational professionals who deliver bespoke training to school senior leaders and classroom practitioners. Our ethos is firmly rooted in safeguarding and safe learning environments.
Nicki and Dan share over fifty years of experience in the field of social work, training and mainstream education, managing teams of ISWs to undertake assessments the length and breadth of the country.
The child’s voice remains central to our work. Our ISW’s are supported to undertake direct work to ensure this is reflected within the assessment. The mission of ABC is to provide high-quality support to those commissioning work whilst ensuring our professionals have tailored, ongoing support to meet our high expectations. We provide timely responses, court-ready reports (quality-assured in advance by our senior team), and the professionals we work with have been rigorously recruited to ensure their experience, skills, and approach align with our ethos.
