Daniel DeMillard has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Daniel is currently the CEO and Co-Founder of AlliumAI, a position they have held since March 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Foodspace from December 2019 to March 2022, where they served as the Chief Technology Officer. At Foodspace, they were responsible for leading a machine learning and AI technology company that scans package labels and synthesizes product data into shopper-centric attributes.
Before joining Foodspace, Daniel worked at zvelo, Inc. as an Artificial Intelligence Architect from July 2017 to December 2019. Their role involved architecting AI solutions for the company. Previously, they were a Watson Data Scientist at IBM from December 2015 to July 2017, where they used applied statistics and machine learning to determine useful trends in data for business decision making.
Daniel also has experience as a Sr. Business and Technology Analyst at Kilowatt Financial from December 2014 to November 2015. In this role, they managed the SAS metadata server, engineered automated reporting and decision systems, and performed ad hoc econometric analysis. Daniel started their career at Wells Fargo as an Occupied Properties Specialist from March 2014 to August 2014.
Daniel DeMillard has a diverse educational background. In 2008, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Economics from the University of Wyoming, where they studied for three years until 2011. Following this, they pursued further studies and completed a Master's Degree in Economics & Finance from the same university, starting in 2011 and finishing in 2013. In 2017, Daniel also attended Udacity for a brief period, where they completed the Deep Learning Foundations Nanodegree program, focusing on deep learning.
