Michelle Lucci

Michelle Lucci, CSS, CRCM, currently serves as the Regulatory Compliance Director at Abrigo, a position held since August 2008. In this role, Michelle advises various departments on regulatory compliance matters related to BSA/AML/CFT/Sanctions and consumer compliance, collaborates with product owners and software developers to ensure regulatory adherence in software design, and coordinates internal and external model validation processes for Fincrime. Prior to Abrigo, Michelle was a Dual Commissioned Safety and Soundness Examiner and Compliance Examiner at the FDIC, where responsibilities included leading multiple examinations of financial institutions. Additionally, Michelle has experience as an Assistant Vice President and Financial Analyst at Citigroup, analyzing performance data and preparing financial reports, and served as Vice President for BSA/AML/CFT, CRA, and Compliance Officer at Valrico State Bank. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Georgian Court University.
