Tracy Herzik

Tracy Herzik currently serves as the Vice President of Corporate Development at Abrigo, where they lead strategic initiatives to enhance the company's growth and product offerings. Previously, Tracy was the Director of Corporate Development at Relias and has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, having integrated multiple acquisitions during that tenure. Tracy's career includes positions at Van Pool Transportation and BCMS Corporate, among others. They are a summa cum laude graduate of the Isenberg School of Management at UMass and are currently pursuing studies in International Business Management at IPAG. Tracy lives in Austin, TX, and balances their professional life with family responsibilities as a parent to two small children.
