Tracy MacPhee

Tracy MacPhee, a CPHR candidate, currently serves as the Manager of Human Resources at Allmar Inc., where they provide strategic support on employee relations and management issues. With extensive experience in both service and manufacturing industries, Tracy has previously held HR management roles at Palliser Furniture, D'Arcy & Deacon LLP, and WestJet, honing skills in performance management, recruitment, and training. Tracy's background also includes a position as a Training Facilitator with the Government of Canada. Currently, Tracy is furthering their education at the University of Manitoba and Red River College.
