Aguinaldo Soares

Aguinaldo Soares has over three decades of experience in the coatings and resins industry, currently holding the position of Sales Manager for Latin America at allnex since 1994. Responsibilities include introducing new products through marketing and advertising campaigns and overseeing competitive pricing strategies in South America. Prior to allnex, Aguinaldo worked as a Technician Specialist at Reichhold from 1989 to 1994, providing technical support to sales teams. Aguinaldo's educational background includes a degree in Químico Industrial from Faculdades Oswaldo Cruz, an Especialização in Técnicas de Negociação, an MBA in Marketing, and an MBA in External Trade from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, along with a degree in International Business from Universidade Paulista.
