Bernhard Hirschmann

Bernhard Hirschmann has extensive work experience in business development and marketing roles within the chemical industry. Bernhard began their career in 2001 as a Marketing & Technical Service professional at SOLUTIA INC and later joined UCB in 2003 in a similar role. In 2006, they transitioned to CYTEC Industries, where they served as a Technical Leader and later as Global Business Development Manager for Additives until 2015. Since then, they have been working at allnex, initially as a Business Development Manager and later as Director of Business Development and Innovation for Additives. Throughout their career, Bernhard has demonstrated a strong capability in driving business development, developing customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Bernhard has also displayed expertise in product and process management, strategy development, and global teamwork.

Bernhard Hirschmann obtained a Chemielaboranten Ausbildung from an unidentified institution from 1988 to 1994. Bernhard then pursued a Kolleg für Technische Chemie & Biochemie (Fernstudium) at IBZ Zürich between 1994 and 1997. Bernhard earned a Notfallsanitäter mit Notfallkompetenz (Paramedic) degree from Austrian Red Cross & Med Campus in 1997. Bernhard also attended Karl-Franzens-Universität Graz from 1997 to 2000, where they studied Chemie. Additionally, Bernhard completed a Spanish (Business) program at Berlitz from 2002 to 2004. Bernhard then completed a Modulare Ausbildung Lack u Oberflächentechnologie at Hochschule Niederrhein ILOC in 2003 and 2004. Lastly, Bernhard obtained a degree in Business Management from ZfU Zürich between 2013 and 2016.
