Dirk Goedert

Dirk Goedert currently serves as the Transformation Director of Global Operations at allnex, a position held since July 2023. Previously, Dirk held multiple roles at Univar Solutions from 2013 to June 2023, including Vice President of Strategic Development, Director of Strategy and Business Development EMEA, and Restructuring Director EMEA, focused on pan-European strategy alignment and restructuring efforts. Earlier experience at Univar from 2009 to 2012 included serving as HR Director for Central Europe, where Dirk managed HR strategies across 10 countries and 600 employees. Dirk started the career at Transol Chemiehandel GmbH from 1995 to 2000, progressing through various roles, including HR Manager and Project Sales Manager. Dirk's earlier positions also include HR Project Manager at Vopak and a Chemical Lab Technician at Th. Goldschmidt AG, with initial experience as a Chemical Lab Assistant at the Max-Planck-Institut für Kohlenforschung.
