Eileen Weber

Eileen Weber has a diverse work experience in the chemical industry. Eileen is currently serving as the Director of Technical Service and Business Development Americas at allnex since October 2022. Prior to this, they were the Global Marketing Manager Radcure at allnex from June 2019 to October 2022. Before joining allnex, they held various positions at Red Spot Paint starting from May 1998. Their roles at Red Spot Paint included Product Manager, UV Product Manager, UV R&D Manager, UV Group Leader in New Product Development, and UV R&D Chemist. Eileen also served on the Board of Directors at RadTech International North America from January 2013 and became the President from January 2019 to December 2020.

Eileen Weber holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Chemistry from the University of Southern Indiana. Eileen also completed an Executive MBA program at the University of Evansville. In addition, Eileen Weber obtained a certification in "Corporate Sustainability: Pivoting Towards an ESG Mindset" from NYU Stern Executive Education in 2022.
