Jilles Eissen

Jilles Eissen has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Jilles is currently working at allnex, where they hold the position of Global IT & Digital Director and Global Digital Operations Director. Prior to that, they worked at Brenntag as the Global Digital Business Architect - Supply Chain. Jilles also has experience as the Co-Owner of Rebelz Consulting and as the Head of Sales Excellence at DöhlerGroup. Jilles has held positions such as Director Commercial Intelligence & MDM at Univar Solutions, Chief Commercial Officer at Rabobank, and Business Process Improvement Manager at Altran. Additionally, they have worked as a Marketing & Digital Manager at STRICK - Rechtsanwälte & Steuerberater, a Secure Electronic Commerce Consultant at KPMG, and served as the Chairman of the Board at UniPartners Twente. Jilles Eissen earned a drs./MPA degree in European Public Administration and Public Policy from the University of Twente from 1993 to 1998. In 2010, they completed a Strategy course at the IESE Business School as part of the Rabobank Executive Programme. Jilles also participated in a Leadership course at Hult Ashridge in 2009 and obtained a Certificate in Bank Financial Risk Management & Value Creation from Vlerick Business School in 2008. In addition, Jilles obtained various certificates, including Leergang Financieren voor Directeur en Bestuurder (BAKS230) from Rabobank Opleidingen in 2007, Foundations of Finance from the Amsterdam Institute of Finance in 2007, and Certified Profile Dynamics Trainer from Ember BV - Profile Dynamics in 2006. Jilles also holds a CCM certification as a Certified Credit Manager from the Dutch Institute for Creditmanagement, which they earned from 2000 to 2002. Jilles completed their secondary education at OSG De Hoge Berg, where they attained a VWO degree from 1988 to 1993, and earlier, they attended Christelijk Volks Onderwijs (CVO) Den Burg, Texel from 1978 to 1988.
