Mashudi A has extensive experience in the manufacturing and operational management sector, beginning with a role in Quality Control at OSRAM from September 2000 to November 2003. Following this, Mashudi held various positions at WWRD Holdings Limited, including Warehouse & Dispatch, Kiln & Refractory Manager, and Clay Production from November 2003 to May 2006. From May 2014 to March 2019, Mashudi served as Plant Manager at Bostik, overseeing factory operations in Tangerang. Subsequently, Mashudi worked as Plant Manager at BASF from February 2017 to March 2019, ensuring efficient factory operations with a focus on safety and compliance. Most recently, Mashudi served as Site Manager, Site Leader, and President Director at allnex in 2022, responsible for leading operations in Indonesia and managing compliance with legal regulations.
