Michael Lass

Michael (Mike) Lass has over two decades of experience in sales and management within the chemical industry. Currently serving as Global Key Account Director at Allnex since November 2001, Michael oversees a global sales organization across the Americas, Europe, Middle East, and Asia Pacific regions. Prior to this role, Michael was Product Line Manager at Reichhold, focusing on inventory management and product manufacturing efficiencies to enhance margins. Additionally, Michael worked as a Research Chemist at Union Carbide, developing emulsion polymers for high-value markets. Educational qualifications include dual Bachelor's degrees in Chemistry and Microbiology from North Carolina State University.
