William Williams serves as the New Business Development Lead for the Americas at Allnex, focusing on the composites and adhesive business since April 2024. Previously, Williams held the position of Senior Director for the Carbon Products Business Unit at Origin Materials, where responsibilities included managing a ~$3M operating budget and leading cross-functional teams. As an Independent Consultant, Williams advised emerging clean tech companies on sustainability strategies. A former Director of Lab Services at Birla Carbon, Williams managed over 30 scientists globally while enhancing productivity. Williams also cultivated business development at LP Amina, established successful environmental technology programs at Cabot Corporation, and contributed significantly to various research and development roles at Praxair and DuPont. Williams holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
