Michael Brennan

Michael Brennan is currently the Director and Head of Compliance at Allocator One Limited, where they focus on supporting underserved talents in the digital economy. They have previously served as a Senior Compliance Advisory Manager at Octopus Investments and as a Compliance Manager at Nivaura, among other roles. With extensive experience as a Compliance Officer and MLRO, Michael has developed a deep knowledge of FCA rules and a strong background in financial regulation, supervising two large European investment banks and consulting with hedge funds. Michael holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Reading and completed the Bar Professional Training Course at City, University of London.
