Amber Serls

Amber Serls, SHRM-SCP, is an accomplished human resources professional with over 20 years of experience in organizational design, leadership coaching, and change management. Currently serving as the Director of People Operations at Allocore since 2024, Amber previously held the role of Director of Human Resources at Prelude Services from 2010 to 2024, where they successfully transformed HR into a strategic business partner. Amber began their career as an HR Intern at Campbell Clinic Orthopaedics, later advancing to HR Generalist, and has also held positions at Cummins Mid-South and Country Meadows Retirement Communities. They hold the SHRM-SCP credential and are committed to enhancing workplace culture and employee experience.
