In 1991, José María Allonca created Allonca Law Firm as an international legal services provider focused on addressing the commercial legal affairs and litigation of companies of any size and location.

Since that moment we have worked hard to create and nurture a wide network of relationships in both the public and private sectors of Argentina and around the world. Over the past 10 years our network of associated law firms has expanded to include all of Latin America, the United States, and Europe. This allows us to provide legal advice for operations across the globe.

With this global vision in mind we partnered with Brazilian law firm Lotti-Araujo Abogados in order to better offer services to clients of any country that wish to expand/establish their business within the Mercosur, and to establish a new standard of quality and ethics for international legal services.

Today we have permanent offices in Buenos Aires (Argentina), San Pablo and Rio de Janeiro (Brazil) and liaison offices in Uruguay, Chile, Peru, Colombia, Paraguay, Central America, Mexico, U.S.A, Spain, Italy, French, and Portugal.

In Argentina, Allonca Law Firm is a member of the international network Abacus, an association comprised of accounting, legal, and consulting firms with 59 offices in 25 countries.
