Nicholas K. is the Managing Director and CEO of Allora Options, a role they assumed in 2024. They bring over thirteen years of experience in positive behaviour support, including seven years of developing Behaviour Support Plans. Nicholas holds postgraduate qualifications in Forensic Mental Health and has co-qualifications as a Developmental Educator and Rehabilitation Counsellor. They have previously worked in various management and support roles, including as a Client Services Coordinator and Consultant Behaviour Support Practitioner. Additionally, Nicholas serves as a board member for DEAI - Developmental Educators Australia Incorporated.
