Jonathan Berger

Jonathan Berger is a retired Chief Executive Officer of Great Lakes Dredge & Dock Corporation, where they led the publicly traded specialty contracting firm from 2010 to 2017. They have served as a board member for several companies, including as a Lead Independent Director at Schwazze, Inc., and are currently an Advisory Board Member at Genesis Friends for Life Global Foundation. With extensive experience in investment banking and corporate governance, they previously held prominent positions at KPMG Corporate Finance and Navigant Capital Advisors. Jonathan earned an MBA in Finance from Emory University and a BS in Human Ecology from Cornell University.
