Max Darling

Max Darling has been involved in the LED lighting industry since 2006. In that year, they began as General Manager of Oznium.com, an online retail store specialized in LED lighting. Two years later, in 2008, they co-founded and became CEO of both Elemental LED Inc. and Diode LED. Elemental LED is a leading U.S. based engineering and technology company, and Diode LED is a premier wholesale supplier of LED lighting solutions. In 2013, Max founded Darling LLC, a company that specializes in flipping distressed properties, and they also became Principal of Life.io, a technology platform that helps insurers become customer-centric. Finally, in 2015, they co-founded and became CEO of Alloy LED, a company that sees lighting as the fourth dimension of architecture.

Max Darling attended the University of Colorado Boulder from 2000 to 2005, where they earned a BA in Spanish for Business. Max also attended Miramonte from 1995 to 1999.
