With a decade of professional development under my belt, I earned my Certificate in the Foundations of NeuroLeadership (CFN). I won’t bore you with the alphabet soup, but let’s just say my certifications have certifications (PMP, CCMP, Master Facilitator—you get the idea).

I was hand-picked to take a pre-IPO software startup with a struggling internal NPS score and build a company-wide program that delivered leader-led transformation. By empowering executive leadership to drive meaningful cultural shifts, we prepped the company for a successful debut on the New York Stock Exchange.
