Bart Timmer

Bart Timmer is a seasoned mechanical engineer with extensive experience in rotating equipment and mechanical engineering roles across various industries. Currently working at Allseas since December 2025, Bart previously held positions at Westlake from February 2022 to November 2025, providing site support for European Epoxy and PVC facilities. Prior to that, Bart worked at Hexion Inc. as a rotating equipment engineer from December 2010 to March 2022, offering mechanical support for multiple sites. Bart's career began at Aker Kvaerner from 1996 to 2007 as a mechanical engineer and included a role as a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Jacobs from September 2007 to December 2010, where involvement in major refinery projects was significant. Bart holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Twente, earned between 1987 and 1993.
