Robert Koning has extensive experience in marine engineering, currently serving as Chief Engineer at Allseas since 2004, having begun as a Third Engineer on the pipe lay vessel "Lorelay." Prior to this role, Robert gained experience as a Third Engineer at iPS - Powerful People, where responsibilities included contracts on various vessels, including "Taklift 4" and "Rolling Stone." Earlier career stages involved working as Outfitting Coordinator and Commissioning Engineer at Recon Techn. Install. B.V., where Robert advanced from First Engineer/Pipe Fitter to overseeing new builds in Romania and Ukraine. Robert obtained a Maritime Officer (Marof) degree from ROC Kop van Noord-Holland between 1994 and 1997.
