Robert Kula

Robert Kula is a seasoned health and safety professional with extensive experience in various roles within the maritime and offshore sectors. Currently serving as a Health Safety Officer at Allseas since October 2017, Robert is responsible for implementing safety measures, managing the permit to work system, and promoting a strong safety culture among crew members. Prior to this, Robert worked as an HSE Advisor at GMS UAE, where responsibilities included issuing permits and conducting safety presentations. Earlier experience as a Safety Officer at Intership Pte. LTD. involved managing safety drills and training according to industry regulations. Educational qualifications include a Maritime Officer degree from Riga Maritime College, a Senior Manager level degree from Novikontas Maritime College, and certifications in workplace assessment from Lerus Training Centre and Scottish Qualifications Authority.
