Sunil Makkar

Sunil Makkar has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Sunil started their career in 2010 as a Sales Executive at Royal Bank of Scotland, where their responsibilities included maximizing product sales and providing excellent customer service. Sunil then joined Aon Hewitt in 2010 as a member of the Service Delivery Team, where they managed benefit plans and identified opportunities for process improvement. In 2013, they transitioned to Serco Global Services as a Project Lead, generating additional revenue and successfully transitioning customer accounts. From 2015 to 2019, Sunil worked at Ramco Systems, first as an Assistant Manager leading the Payroll Team, and later as a Business Consultant responsible for pre-sales activities and HR consulting projects. Currently, they are working at Allsec Technologies Limited, where they started as a Business Development Manager in 2019 and is now serving as the Business Lead EMEA, establishing the company as a key player in the payroll market and creating new business opportunities.

Sunil Makkar completed their Bachelor of Science degree from Maharshi Dayanand University Rohtak in the years 2008 to 2011. Then, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Marketing at IMT Ghaziabad from 2011 to 2013.
