Daniel Smith

Daniel Smith has a diverse work experience starting from 2005 to 2023.

Daniel began their career as an Electrical Engineer at Piggott and Whitfield, where they worked on various domestic, commercial, and industrial sites.

From 2010 to 2012, they served as a Solar PV Engineer at Micro-generation Systems Ltd, where they oversaw the design, installation, and commissioning of domestic and commercial solar PV systems.

In 2013, they joined Longworth & Sons as an M&E Engineer, responsible for managing commercial and industrial properties and ensuring compliance with maintenance regulations.

In 2015, they joined Allsopp & Allsopp Group as a Property Sales & Lettings Consultant, where they handled luxury residential properties in Dubai.

Daniel then moved to Knight Knox in 2019 as a Business Development Manager, promoting off-plan property investments across EMEA to wealth managers and real estate agents.

In 2021, they joined Spectre as a Business Development Manager, focusing on automating property canvassing and enhancing agent services.

Currently, Daniel is working at Allsopp & Allsopp Group as a Property Sales & Lettings Consultant.

Throughout their career, Daniel has gained expertise in sales and business development, property consulting, engineering, and project management.

Daniel Smith attended Marple Hall School from 1998 to 2003, where they completed their GCSE's. From 2003 to 2005, they studied Health and Physical Education/Fitness at Aquinas College, earning their A-Levels. Following that, from 2005 to 2010, they attended MANCAT College of Arts and Technology to pursue an NVQ level 3 in Electrician. Finally, in 2015 to 2018, they enrolled in the Dubai Real Estate Institute - DREI, specializing in Real Estate, though the specific degree earned is unspecified.
