Akshada Wagh is a strategic HR leader with over 14 years of global experience in talent, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) across India and North America. Currently serving as the Global Inclusive Diversity Strategy Manager at Allstate, Akshada leads the planning and integration of DEI strategies while advising on inclusive practices within the customer experience. Previously, Akshada held roles at Mahindra Finance, overseeing culture transformation and DEI initiatives, and at Investment Management Corporation of Ontario, where they executed strategies to boost diverse representation. Akshada holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from the University of Mumbai and has pursued further education in gender analytics and diversity.
