Andy Anaya has over two decades of experience in the financial sector, predominantly with Allstate since 2001. Currently serving as Director of Data, Discovery & Decision Science, Andy previously held the position of Senior Manager in Life and Retirement Distribution Finance, where leadership was provided to the distribution support team. Earlier roles included Senior Financial Manager and Midwest Regional Financial Leader at Allstate, as well as a financial analyst. Andy Anaya earned a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign between 1996 and 2000.
