Ashley Sheppard

Ashley Sheppard has extensive experience in the field of talent acquisition, currently serving as a Recruiting Consultant at Allstate since August 2016. Prior to this role, Ashley held various positions at Cleveland Clinic, including Workflow COE Core Consultant and Medicare Analyst III, as well as Bodily Injury Claims Analyst and Liability Adjuster. A background in customer service began with a position as a Patient Service Representative at Cleveland Clinic. Earlier experience includes working as a Retail Sales Consultant at AT&T. Ashley earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Florida Atlantic University, where studies were completed in May 2016, and an Associate of Arts (AA) in Social Work from Broward College from 2011 to 2013.
