Bob Leavell

Bob Leavell is an accomplished Lead Developer at Allstate, where achievements include receiving the Highest of High Fives award for two consecutive years (2019 & 2020) and leading an agile team in full-stack web development using ASP.NET MVC and Angular 9. Bob has implemented quality assurance measures, such as GitHub status checks and setting up Jenkins pipelines to enhance code quality. Prior to Allstate, Bob worked as a Software Engineer at Tyler Technologies, contributing to MVC and AngularJS web applications while leading the Tyler Technical Culture group to foster developer engagement and knowledge. Bob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, along with education from UCNJ Union College and Tulsa Community College.
