Brian Verhoeven is a hands-on product and design leader with over 15 years of experience in building high-performing teams and shaping digital experiences for global brands. They have led design operations for over 130 designers and spearheaded the development of a design system at Morningstar that supported more than 60 product repositories. Currently, Brian serves as a Product Design and UX Consultant at Verhoeven Design and as the Director of User Experience at Allstate, while previously holding strategic roles in design at Morningstar, Forum One, and HelloWallet. A passionate advocate for customer-centric approaches, Brian focuses on mentoring and fostering designer development in mission-driven organizations. They earned a Master of Arts in Professional Communication from Clemson University.
