Brittany Johns

Brittany Johns currently serves as a Senior Manager in Direct Phone Sales at Allstate since January 2024. Previously at Allstate, Brittany held various roles including Product Consultant for the Northeast Region and several positions within strategy and operations focused on customer service and information technology. Prior experience includes an Operations Internship at Cardinal Health where Brittany implemented a new onboarding process for warehouse associates, trained in Lean Six Sigma principles, and shadowed warehouse functions. Additional internship experience includes roles at McJak Candy Company where Brittany analyzed customer profitability and at Luxottica Retail as a Summer Planning Intern. Brittany holds a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain and Operations Management and Sustainability from Miami University, earned in 2017.
