Bruce Connolly

Bruce Connolly is a strategic thinker and innovator currently serving as a Senior Program Manager, known for leading high-performing teams to tackle complex challenges. They previously held various leadership roles at Allstate from 2018 to 2021, including Data Insights, Integration and Predictive Analytics Leader, and Claims Litigation Leader, where they improved team performance and developed a patent-pending risk insight profile. Prior to that, Bruce interned at Watson Clinic Center, conducting significant research that contributed to published studies. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Science from Vanderbilt University and a Master’s of Business Administration in Management and International Business from the University of South Florida.
