Cathleen Thompson

Cathleen Thompson, PMP, is a Senior Product Owner with extensive experience in project management and business analysis. They began their career at NCR as a Team Lead, where they oversaw customer advocacy processes and later held various roles at Synchrony Financial and First Orion. Cathleen has also contributed to PNC Mortgage as a Business Analyst and Project Manager, focusing on business process improvement. They earned a BA in Behavioral Health from The Ohio State University.
