Dave Baxter

Dave Baxter has extensive experience in the benefits and sales sectors, beginning with a role as a Customer Service Representative at Douglas TV & Appliances from September 1996 to May 1998. Following this, Dave served as Assistant General Manager at Office Direct, Inc. from May 1998 to January 2007, overseeing operations including sales and billing. A transition to Quill Corporation as Regional Account Manager from June 2007 to April 2010 involved managing territory sales in the educational market. Subsequent roles included Account Manager positions at Des Plaines Office Equipment and Storage IT Solutions, and Inside Sales Executive at Restaurant.com. Since July 2016, Dave has been with Aon Hewitt in various benefits advisory roles, transitioning to Allstate in July 2025 as a Benefits Advisor.
