David focuses on the professional growth of Sales Leaders and utilizes analytics to drive new client acquisition and market share expansion. Previously, David held various roles at Allstate and Esurance, including Sales Administrative Leader and Operations Analyst, where a strong emphasis was placed on recruitment, training, and operational efficiency. David holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and an MBA in Finance from California State University-Sacramento.
