David Sims

David Sims is an accomplished attorney currently serving as Lead Counsel at Allstate, where they manage four Ohio Staff Counsel Offices and oversee a team of 20 directly. With ten years of leadership experience, they have been recognized with the Distinguished Performance Award four times. Previously, as a Trial Attorney at Allstate, David conducted over 100 first chair jury trials focused on personal injury cases. They began their legal career as an Associate Attorney at Richards and Meola, specializing in insurance defense. David holds a Doctor of Law degree from The University of Akron and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Miami University.
