Deborah Carnes is an accomplished professional with over 30 years of experience in program management and investment finance at Allstate Investments. Currently serving as the Director of the Program Management Office, Deborah leads cross-project efforts and facilitates the implementation of new initiatives and strategies within the Investment Asset Class. Previous roles include Program Manager, where Deborah successfully managed the migration to Clearwater accounting software, and Director of the Investment Department PMO overseeing a significant multi-year infrastructure project.
