Donna Brizak

Donna Brizak has extensive experience in the insurance and financial services sectors, having worked with Allstate New Jersey from August 2015 to May 2018 in various roles, including Agency Process Specialist, Sr. Administrative Assistant, Field Deployment Specialist, and Sales Trainer. Key responsibilities included driving production results, onboarding new agents, and providing education for agents and producers. In September 2025, Donna served as Sales Market Leader, collaborating with Allstate agents in Washington DC, Virginia, and West Virginia. Donna also held the position of New Agent Leader and completed a Field Sales Leader development role. Educational credentials include a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Thomas Edison State University, along with a Financial Services Certified Professional designation from The American College of Financial Services and studies in Criminal Justice from The College of New Jersey.
