Doug Bingham has extensive experience in the insurance and automotive industries, having worked at various companies since 1988. Doug began as an Agent at Farm Bureau Insurance of Tennessee before moving on to serve as General Manager at AutoBody America and Service King Collision Repair Centers. In 2016, Doug joined The General® as a Material Damage Appraiser, later taking on roles such as MD Redline Subrogation until 2024. Currently, Doug is a GHRN Quality Evaluator II at Allstate. Doug holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Computer Science and Communications from Jackson State Community College, earned between 1984 and 1988. Throughout these roles, Doug has emphasized quality customer service and operational excellence.
