Emily Young

Emily Young is the Vice President of State Management at Allstate, where they oversee strategic initiatives in insurance distribution. They previously held roles such as Portfolio Director and Regional Product Director at Allstate, contributing to the integration of pricing and risk management across multiple states. Earlier in their career, Emily interned with the United States Congress Joint Economic Committee and worked as an Operations Coordinator for Teach For America. They earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Northwestern University.
