Gillian Mitchell, MBA, is a strategic operations leader with expertise in change management and strategic planning. Currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at the University of Georgia, Gillian previously held several impactful roles at Allstate from 2017 to 2024, including Senior Manager in both the Digital Transformation Office and Customer Experience Transformation. In earlier positions, Gillian contributed to agency operations and corporate communications, enhancing customer experience and stakeholder engagement. Gillian also gained early career experience in marketing and career services while studying at Miami University.
