Guy Hill

Guy Hill is Executive Vice President, Personal Property-Liability Product, for Allstate Insurance Company's Product organization.

Hill joined Allstate in 1986 and has taken on roles with progressively more responsibility, including Northeast Region State Manager, Assistant Vice President of Product Operations, Vice President of Product Operations (2006 to 2008) and Vice President of Sales and Service (2008 to 2010). He was promoted to President of Allstate Protection's California/East Regions in 2010, to Executive Vice President, Customer Advocacy and Line Management, in 2011, and to Product Operations Executive Vice President for Allstate's West Territory in 2012. In 2015, Hill began overseeing integration of the company's product operations across the country. He took on the role of Executive Vice President, Field Product Management and Execution, in November 2018, overseeing efforts to tailor countrywide product strategies to the local level to drive profitable growth.

He serves on the board of the Insurance Information Institute and the board of the Illinois chapter of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, which funds lifesaving blood cancer research around the world.
