Heather Cholagh

Heather Cholagh is a Senior Litigation Counsel at Plunkett Cooney, where they manage complex civil litigation in the insurance sector. They previously served as Counsel at Allstate, focusing on insurance fraud and general litigation, and held roles as a Bankruptcy Attorney and Associate Attorney at Orlans, P.C. and Kilpatrick & Associates, respectively. Heather began their legal career as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney at the Wayne County Prosecutor's Office. They are currently pursuing a B.A. in Psychology and a Juris Doctor at Wayne State University Law School.
