Jan Mann

Jan Mann built a 38-year career at Allstate, where they advocated for the success of agents and financial specialists. They recently retired and will always be proud of their Allstate career. They served as Regional Associate Marketing Manager & Customer Experience Leader with Allstate New Jersey Insurance Company, where they developed direct marketing programs and regional marketing strategies, consulted with agents on small business marketing plans, maintained the regional marketing budget with forecasting and bill payments, led regional marketing consultants, and worked to improve regional and agent customer experience scores. They earned an Associate degree in Business Administration from Union County Community College (1983–1985).
