Jana Fallon

Jana Fallon is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience leading HR strategies for major organizations. Currently serving as VP, HR and Principal Talent Advisor at Allstate since March 2024, Jana is responsible for talent strategies across the Product-Liability and Personal Protection divisions, overseeing a global team of over 100 HR Business Partners. Prior to Allstate, Jana held several key roles at Prudential Financial from September 2017 to January 2024, including Head of Human Resources for Prudential Holdings of Japan and Lead HR Business Partner for the Global Chief Information Officer, in addition to serving on the Board of Directors for Prudential Life Insurance Co., Ltd and Sona-Mira. Earlier career experience at American Express involved developing talent assessment strategies and implementing hiring programs. Jana holds a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from The University of Southern Mississippi and completed Executive Education in Organizational Leadership at Harvard Kennedy School.
